Job Summary
Process various transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and wire transfers. Prepare necessary paperwork for account maintenance, assist with Online Banking setup, and open or close safe deposit boxes. Serve as a lobby leader to direct walk-in members efficiently and act as a school branch liaison at high school locations. Maximize member contacts by identifying product needs and making appropriate referrals for Credit Union services. Travel throughout the branch network to provide staffing assistance when necessary and work Saturdays. Participate in team meetings, mentor new advisors, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel throughout the branch network to provide staffing assistance at all branch locations when necessary
- Must work on Saturdays
- License to offer credit life and disability insurance on all lending products
- Intermediate level of knowledge with regards to loan closings
- Knowledge and ability to discuss features and benefits of all credit unions products and services in detail
- Ability to obtain license to offer credit life and disability insurance on all lending products
- Understanding of other lending ancillary products such as GAP insurance and Vehicle Service Agreements
