Job Summary
The Member Advisor at the James Island Branch is responsible for building trusted financial relationships and delivering exceptional service to members. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for members, executing financial transactions, opening and servicing accounts, resolving member issues, and supporting branch sales and growth goals. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and a high school diploma are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of financial institution, retail banking, or customer-facing sales and service experience
- Experience opening accounts or performing comparable servicing duties
