Job Summary
Member Advisor I at iQ Credit Union provides in-branch member service including transactions, account relationships, and lending. Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals/loan payments/transfers, opening new accounts, building member relationships, cross-selling Credit Union products, handling account and loan requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling policies, conducting daily quality assurance and sales calls, using interview techniques to identify member needs and close sales, maintaining Book of Business through regular member contact, promoting a collaborative work environment, maintaining vault/cash operations knowledge, assisting with inquiries via direct/phone/written channels, supporting member outreach with outbound calls, and participating in branch activities and training to achieve service and sales goals. Knowledge/skills include 1-3 years of related experience and a high school education or GED. Compensation range is listed as hourly with 22.30-30.11 per hour, plus benefits.
