Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to members by handling transactions, account maintenance, new account openings, and loan applications with accuracy. Conduct consultative conversations to identify financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive sales through cross-selling processes. Resolve account discrepancies, underwrite consumer loans per policy, and perform branch opening and closing procedures. Maintain compliance with BSA/AML laws and complete required annual training. Uphold the corporate mission by building rapport, solving problems from start to finish, and utilizing other business units to assist members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience working in retail setting with daily customer interaction
- Normal physical mobility and agility, which includes movement from place to place on the job, and the ability to maneuver body while in place
- Normal dexterity of hands and fingers
- Normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
- Ability to gather and analyze data
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationship with management, peers, employees, and vendors
- Works in typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting
- Work requires occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, taking frequency into consideration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferred in cash handling and clerical office work
- Loan trained and qualified with knowledge of the fundamentals of lending, policies, and principles, preferred
