Job Summary
Process monetary transactions and loan applications via internet, phone, mail, or fax while ensuring accuracy. Provide face-to-face customer service and consultative advice to members regarding financial products, services, and specific needs. Profile members, record data in the CRM, and set follow-up appointments. Handle member complaints and defuse anger while maintaining confidentiality. Sell Allegacy financial products and services in a sales-oriented environment. Work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Eligible to be bonded
- Able to work overtime, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services
- Two years financial institution experience
- Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
