Member Advice Specialist - Tsawwassen Branch

In a Coast Capital branch, act as a Member Advice Specialist to greet members and help with everyday banking needs while driving sales through a proactive, needs-based approach. You’ll assist with basic personal credit needs, promote Low Fee More for Me Mutual Funds, Term deposits, RRSPs, and electronic services (internet banking), open chequing accounts, and set up overdraft protection. You’ll identify opportunities to better help members by connecting them with products and services, collaborate with teammates to ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused experience through the “How can we help you?” brand. Strong emphasis on sales referrals, teamwork, and delivering positive customer experiences within a retail banking environment. You should have a Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada, be comfortable helping customers with simple financial needs, and bring experience from banking or credit union environments, with a track record of spotting and pursuing referral opportunities.
