Melting Supervisor

Oversee all production and maintenance activities for the Electric Arc Furnace and Ladle Metal Furnace during scheduled turns, ensuring crew compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Audit operations to verify adherence to job safety analyses and address safety issues promptly. Coordinate turn activities to optimize productivity, quality, and cost while communicating key information between management and employees. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure all team members receive proper training and have their issues addressed. Adhere to technical standards, standard operating procedures, and the Basic Labor Agreement to maintain product quality and NPS requirements.
