Job Summary
Lead and oversee Melt Production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met while driving continuous improvement. Manage union production personnel in the Foundry Finishing area, develop and oversee shift work plans, monitor performance, address quality or efficiency concerns, coordinate staffing and training, conduct ISO-9001:2015 aligned quality/safety reviews, and collaborate with HR and leadership on union contract requirements to sustain productivity and workplace harmony.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years experience in industrial production in a high-volume environment
- Experience in a union setting preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
