Job Summary
Market Development Specialist in an outside sales role. Responsibilities include hitting the road in the assigned territory (on foot or by car) to meet local businesses, introducing them to W.B. Mason’s workplace products and services, conducting product demos, sharing pricing, guiding new customers through MasonvilleGO, and ensuring smooth transitions to inside sales and onboarding teams. Regular participation in branch sales meetings and collaboration with the team to grow the market and the outside sales career. Required skills include strong customer-service and retail-sales experience, excellent communication, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, independence, English proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
