Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests while safely storing, staging, and transporting IT hardware to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments, troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to minimize downtime with remote support. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during operations, collaborating with the remote support team to ensure efficient service delivery. Work on an on-call basis with flexible, intermittent schedules. This role offers competitive hourly compensation between $50-$90 with travel and parking expenses included.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience as a Data Center Technician or IT works
- Decent knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules
