Job Summary
Drive new business acquisition in electronics, electrical, and home appliances sectors; build and maintain relationships with buyers, sourcing teams, procurement heads, and key decision-makers; generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events; conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions to promote Mekr's manufacturing capabilities; manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure; collaborate with internal sourcing, production, quality, and operations teams to deliver customized manufacturing solutions; prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements; negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term business partnerships; develop strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and revenue growth; track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities; achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, electronics, electrical products, OEM/ODM, EMS, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to independently drive business growth and manage strategic accounts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
