Job Summary
Conduct technical system and execution planning for new single-family and multi-family housing projects across Germany, including pipe network sizing and heating/ventilation load calculations. Manage material requirement estimates and collaborate closely with specialist site leaders on DIN-standard compliant HVAC and sanitary installations. Requires a degree or vocational training as a Technical System Planner in supply technology, CAD proficiency (LiNear/AutoCAD), and strong German communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Studium oder Ausbildung als Technischer Systemplaner in der Versorgungstechnik
- Ausbildung als Techniker HLK
- Ausbildung als Meister-Installateur
- Kenntnisse in CAD-Planung
- Erfahrung mit LiNear
- Erfahrung mit AutoCAD
- Erfahrung in der Planung von Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär
- Kenntnis der einschlägigen DIN-Normen
- Gut Deutsch
