Conduct technical operations management for the electrical engineering department, including project oversight, staff supervision, and approval of network connection applications and completion reports. Coordinate materials, resources, and schedules while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards. Provide on-site technical leadership for installation teams during the deployment, commissioning, and acceptance of PV systems, storage solutions, and charging infrastructure. Perform advanced electrical work as a master electrician and serve as the primary contact for customers at construction sites. Split time between office administration and active fieldwork to maintain technical quality and safety protocols.
