Job Summary
Assist in the creation of new recipes and adaptations, assist in the pre-preparation of menu items (hygiene and food cutting), assist in controlling/planning items used in the menu, assemble and distribute / service coffee breaks and the Board of Directors, collect and identify food samples, move food between preparation areas and refrigerators/greenhouses, remove perishables for pre-preparation, help standardize preparations with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks via standard recipes, carry out sanitation in internal/external areas of the restaurant, perform daily equipment/utensil cleaning, participate in safety and work philosophy initiatives, follow coordination guidelines with participative and dedicated behavior. The GM does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role; not eligible for relocation benefits. The position is onsite with reporting to a specific location on a full-time basis.
