Fulfill customer online curbside orders by shopping them quickly and accurately, collecting payments, and ensuring a smooth pickup experience. Greet each customer with a courteous attitude, respond to questions, and resolve concerns by partnering with leadership when needed. Receive daily workflows via dashboard, select and scan/verify products, bag items using standards, and stage orders while following food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, neat curbside area and support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This Digital Clerk role at Meijer, a family company serving communities across six states, requires a service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with technology. High school diploma required with one year of experience preferred.
