Meijer curbside pickup closer role (11am-9pm) responsible for fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order with fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership; resolve customer issues by involving leadership when needed. Pull workflow from the dashboard, fulfill daily orders, select products, bag items per standards, store products in the staging area following food safety guidelines, greet customers, and ensure an easy shopping experience. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
