Job Summary
Improve self-efficacy and resilience of young people aged 18–27 with mental health impairments through therapeutic living projects in Berlin's Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Treptow-Köpenick, and Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf districts. Stabilize illness management, prevent and intervene in crises, and design pedagogical-therapeutic groups within a multiprofessional team. Work largely independently while collaborating with specialists to support clients toward active, self-responsible life management. Full-time or part-time schedules of 30 to 39 hours weekly are available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d), Rehapädagoge (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Freude an individueller Einzelbetreuung, die sich an den Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen unserer Klient*innen orientiert
- Möglichst Berufserfahrung mit psychisch kranken oder suchtkranken Menschen
