Job Summary
Manage 200+ staff across multiple luxury estates and residences for a UHNW Principal traveling extensively, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing guest experience. Implement and oversee Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) manuals, handle household inventories, and maintain financial accountability while strictly adhering to etiquette and security protocols. Strategically plan and execute large-scale events, cater to the Principal, family, and guests, and run errands with discretion. Accompany the Principal as needed and submit new ideas to optimize household efficiency. This role requires immediate start in Doha, Qatar, with a net salary of €90K–€108K.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals
- Used to managing large teams
- Writing & implementing SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures)
- Catering to all the Principal's needs, the family's, the children's & any guests
- Maximizing guest experience
- Strategic planning
- Being used to working in fast-paced environments
- Conducting tasks in the most-timely manner
- Outstanding greeting skills
- Strictly adhering to etiquette and security protocols
- Etiquette expertise and flair
- Holding open lines of communication with colleagues and other household staff
- Running errands
- In charge of the household's inventories manually & digitally
- Being financially accountable
- Submitting and rolling out new ideas maximizing the household
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in the US or in the U.K.
- Coming from a top-notch 5-star or 7-star hospitality background
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from a prestigious establishment
