Job Summary
Create and improve documents, templates, and instructions to ensure information is clear, accessible, and well-structured during organizational changes. Organize communication maps and maintain consistent information regarding regulations, mobility, employability, and recruitment options. Collaborate with managers and employees to simplify complex details and enhance understanding of career routes within or outside KPN.
Required Qualifications
- Je volgt een MBO 4- of HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in: Communicatie, Media & Communicatie, Marketingcommunicatie, Bedrijfscommunicatie of HRM.
- Je hebt een passie voor schrijven en kan ingewikkelde informatie begrijpelijk.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
- Je durft initiatief te nemen en mee te denken.
- Je snapt dat communicatie impact heeft op mensen.
