Lead assigned staff and coordinate the installation of pipelines and industrial installations while ensuring work remains safe, efficient, and on schedule. Manage client and site environment contact, organize work permits, and produce daily reports. Monitor quality and safety at the job site, measure and mark pipe routes, interpret technical drawings, and report discrepancies. Handle material and equipment management, assist in pipe and structure assembly, and perform testing activities such as pressure measurements. Maintain strict adherence to safety, diligence, and hygiene standards. Requires a VMBO Metal diploma level 3, 5–10 years of experience as a pipe fitter or similar, welding/fitting skills, a B license, and VCA-Vol certification. Full-time role with a salary between €3,750 and €5,200, offering 25 vacation days and comprehensive benefits under the Metal & Technology collective agreement.
