Job Summary
Maximize meeting, events, and bedroom revenues while supporting the sales team by generating leads and assisting all members. Ensure function sheets are maintained and communicated to operational departments timely. Promote a proactive sales culture, build relationships with key clients, and actively seek feedback post-event. Support strategies to enhance guest experience and play an active role in department training. Deliver pro-active sales efforts, maintain up-to-date function sheets, and foster a collaborative environment across functions.
