Meetings and Travel Intern

Job Summary
Organize corporate meetings and events, including the 2027 Field Leadership Conference and 50th Anniversary Celebration, by building event websites and apps, writing descriptions, and managing data imports. Assist the Sr. Manager and Coordinator with attendee management via field calls and emails regarding registration and hotel reservations, while processing travel bookings through Concur and securely handling credit card authorizations. Support onsite operations by managing event supplies, inventory counts, and shipments, and help manage office building conference space bookings. Participate in regular planning meetings with executive stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate multi-project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Utah
- Comfortable with MS Office Suite
- Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal
- Performs sedentary work in an office environment with some lifting (can be 20 pounds or more during events and office activities)
- Walking required
- Requires extensive physical movement for long periods of time when running employee events and conferences
- Ability to handle stressful, chaotic situations and remain calm
