Ensure the smooth running of the meeting and events service alongside Event Managers by delivering a high level of attention to detail and service at all times. Under the guidance of the meetings and events operations event management team, maintain impeccable standards in food and beverage delivery. Lead, coach, and develop a team while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and an ability to manage busy events environments. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations as a Waiter/Waitress
