Job Summary
Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms with tables, chairs, AV equipment, and cabling per guest requirements. Conduct daily and weekly room inspections, document findings via QR code surveys, and resolve equipment outages. Troubleshoot and repair AV issues, escalate complex problems through the FM work order system, and maintain AV inventory records while performing preventive maintenance. Provide video conference support including VIP service for pre-arranged calls and vendor coordination, manage room scheduling, and run setup reports. Support special events and the 11-room conference center with concierge-level service. Participate in monthly team meetings and complete required training. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in AV and meeting room setup/support
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to set up/tear down furniture
- Ability to frequently walk buildings/stairs
- Ability to work without visa sponsorship (authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship)
