Job Summary
Plan, prepare, and execute all-hands meetings for RM/RTS employees; plan RTS’s employee engagement events; develop RTS’s internal communications contents (planning, interviewing, channel/portal updates, etc.) using internal platforms; plan, prepare, and execute follow-up sessions related to RM’s internal employee recognition program; conduct post-event surveys, analyze results, and propose improvements; collaborate with RM/RTS stakeholders to build strong employee connections, enhance engagement, and support internal events and communications across Rakuten Group; minimum 3 years of experience, business-level English, proficiency in Zoom/Microsoft Office/SharePoint/Teams/Viber, and strong communication and teamwork abilities; secondment to Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc. with location in Tokyo, Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Working experience (at least 3 years)
- Proficiency in English at a business level (TOEIC 800 or higher)
- Practical experience in meeting management, administrative operations, planning and executing internal/external events, and project management
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Office, Viber, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
