Job Summary
Welcome guests to Scandic Continental's conference division, manage meeting operations including morning welcomes, table setups, and lunch arrangements, assist with technical inquiries, and coordinate room arrangements. Maintain order and service standards while acting as a warm ambassador for the hotel's guest experience. This part-time role requires on-call availability for extra shifts, with immediate hiring upon application. Candidates must possess strong Swedish and English communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and experience in service-driven environments.
