Job Summary
Plan and manage meetings and events for Western Veterinary Partners with a Denver-based, hybrid role (2 days/week in the Denver office) to develop and execute a comprehensive meetings and events strategy. Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate meetings, conferences, and training programs; manage logistics including RFPs, venue sourcing, contracts, budgets, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting; coordinate attendee registration and communications to optimize attendee experience; collaborate with leadership, business development, recruiting, and operations to support growth and engagement; manage event technology, budgeting, and post-event analysis; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
- 5+ years of professional meeting and event planning experience
- Experience supporting an organization in veterinary medicine or human health
- Demonstrated success managing corporate events, conferences, and training programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels
- Self-directed with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Experience with corporate travel management (Concur highly preferred)
