Job Summary
The Meetings & Events Coordinator role is onsite in Austin, TX, supporting corporate events, conferences, and trainings for Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, on-site setup and tear-down, vendor coordination, procurement processes, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences across US Domestic meetings and events. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Cvent, and Monday.com. Travel up to 25% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities required
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications and Proficient in office technology and software including MS Office Suite and Cvent,Monday.com
