Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of skilling, leadership development, and coaching engagements while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong stakeholder relationships across HR, L&D, and business leaders to ensure regular touchpoints and proactive engagement. Translate client business needs into relevant learning interventions by collaborating with curriculum and faculty teams to tailor solutions aligned to context. Drive client retention through consistent value delivery, identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and partner with sales to expand account penetration. Track program effectiveness through feedback and assessments, presenting insights to clients and driving continuous improvement in design and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in client management, learning & development, or consulting roles
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients and large-scale learning or transformation programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, leadership development, or learning solutions is preferred
