Job Summary
Lead Korea Supply Chain workstream for Project Osprey with a focus on warehouse set-up and ERP readiness for the legal entity separation of Orthopedic business. Ensure Day 1 readiness of warehouse operations, SAP/ERP configuration, master data, testing, cutover, and related processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (3PL) to ensure inbound, storage, inventory handling, outbound, IT infrastructure, and issue-resolution readiness. Support implementation of quality agreements, SOPs, and local compliance. Lead ERP readiness including SAP configuration alignment, master data preparation, interface validation, and UAT/cutover with Hypercare for Day 1 go-live. Resolve system gaps with IT and business stakeholders and ensure readiness of related IT tools. Requires 7+ years in warehouse operations/ERP deployment or supply chain PM; strong warehouse operations knowledge; hands-on SAP ERP experience; PMP or equivalent preferred; experience in orthopedic/medical device industry and legal entity separation, M&A, or spin-off projects; English fluency; Korean language skills beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, ERP deployment, or supply chain project management
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and experience in new warehouse set-up or transition
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP and related warehouse/SCM systems
- Proven experience leading warehouse set-up, ERP implementation, or operational readiness projects
- Fluent in English
