Job Summary
Lead and facilitate the Demand Planning and Market IBP process for Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand markets. Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, historical data, and commercial inputs while collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to build consensus. Monitor forecast performance via key metrics like MAPE and bias, then execute supply and replenishment plans to optimize inventory levels and service targets. Manage inventory health by addressing slow-moving and at-risk stock, coordinate with regional partners to resolve supply gaps, and maintain accurate product master data in ERP systems. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout all planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English and Korean, both oral and written
- Strong proficiency in demand planning methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving approach, and adaptability to change
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including proficiency in Macro, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate
- Experience with SAP systems
- 3 ~ 8 years of Supply Chain experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
