Job Summary
Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations, focusing exclusively on Infusion Pump Products without bedside care or sales responsibilities. Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver positive educational experiences while utilizing clinical expertise to address device concerns. Deliver updates and feedback to clients and corporate teams to improve new and existing medical devices, serving as a primary education resource. Requires a BSN, active RN license, and 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg, or critical care experience, with a minimum availability of 2 weeks per month for regional and national travel.
Required Qualifications
- RN license required
- BSN highly preferred
- ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg and/or critical care unit experience of at least 2+ years experience within the last 5 years
- Must be comfortable with basic software programs
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen
- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month required
- Per-diem position requiring travel and flexibility to work with your current schedule
- Travel regionally and nationally to support customer needs
- Duties may require compliance with client and hospital requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred
- Experience working with Pulse Oximetry Devices (preferred)
- Super-user/Infusion Pump education experience desired, but not required
