MedTech - Per-diem RN Clinical Educator - West Coast

Job Summary
Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations and basic installation on Infusion Pump Products. Assess customer-specific education needs and deliver updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after assignments. Utilize clinical expertise to answer questions regarding medical devices without bedside care, serving as an education resource for end users. This per-diem role requires travel regionally and nationally with a minimum availability of two weeks per month. Candidates must hold an RN license with BSN highly preferred and at least two years of ICU, oncology, or med-surg experience. Base pay ranges from $36–$38 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN highly preferred
- ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg and/or critical care unit experience of at least 2+ years experience within the last 5 years
- Must be comfortable with basic software programs
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen
- Must be able to travel regionally and nationally
- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month required
- Must be fully vaccinated
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred
- Experience working with Pulse Oximetry Devices (preferred)
- Super-user/Infusion Pump education experience desired, but not required
- A desire to expand your talents in clinical education
