Job Summary

Install, update, and configure medical devices such as infusion pumps and batteries across hospitals in the United States, while providing ongoing communication and customer support to on-site staff. Conduct routine checks, record test data, and document daily submissions to maintain high standards of product support quality. Organize and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network products remotely, ensuring assignments are completed within the 40-hour weekly commitment. This 100% travel position requires a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local work-related assignments up to three hours from home. Candidates must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of vaccination status for various immunizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree, or equivalent military training programs, or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience
  • 3-5 years field experience
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely within multiple software programs
  • Professional business acumen
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivation to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • An active and unrestricted driver license
  • A personal vehicle for local work-related assignments
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements
  • Willingness to obtain proof of vaccination status if offered role
  • Full-time commitment with travel flexibility

  • Comfort with troubleshooting with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote
