Job Summary
Plan and execute educational programs for healthcare professionals by designing blended learning journeys and leading annual education strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and global teams. Build networks with medical experts and external faculty to expand lecture partnerships and develop future instructor candidates. Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering cross-functional cooperation across APAC and global markets. This role supports product safety and business growth within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division, focusing on electrophysiology education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア業界における営業、マーケティング、または教育関連業務の経験
- クロスファンクショナルな環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの関係構築・コミュニケーション能力
- 不整脈治療領域 (Electrophysiology:EP) に関する知識または業務経験
- 医療従事者向け教育・トレーニングプログラムの企画・運営経験
- 英語を用いた業務経験・海外ステークホルダーとの連携
