Job Summary
MedTech Co-Founder / Head of Product leading and running a startup within a high-growth ecosystem. You will own, build, and run the product strategy and execution, iterate towards product-market-fit, and help scale the company with coaching from unicorn founders. Expected to coordinate with a broad network to hire top talent, drive go-to-market initiatives, and secure multi-million euro funding within 12 months while working remotely or from Nashville, with openness to Europe/Americas relocation. Strong emphasis on leadership, strategic vision, and execution with support in fundraising and product-building activities.
Required Qualifications
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
- 100% remote work option
- Willing to take ownership to build and scale a startup
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to manage product development and build a sales/marketing engine
