Job Summary
Conduct clinical support and sales for Biosense Webster electrophysiology products among primary care physicians in Seoul. Develop professional education for end-users, respond daily to customer inquiries via email and voicemail, and provide technical, clinical, and product-related information. Stay current on product instructions, best practices, and scientific literature while managing account documentation and compliance training. Collaborate with field sales and service colleagues to share best practices and drive territory business growth. Ensure personal and company compliance with all regulations and Safe Fleet standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

- Experience in cardiology-related clinical environments, electrophysiology (EP), cardiac ultrasound (Echo), or other cardiovascular specialties
- Clinical and product knowledge of Biosense Webster or related cardiovascular medical technologies
- Professional certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, Biomedical Engineer, Registered Nurse, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or related healthcare professional
