Job Summary
Pass medications according to physician orders and facility policy, administering them accurately and timely. Record all administered medications in the resident's record and notify pharmacy or family when refills are needed. Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and room while monitoring and reporting any side effects to the Supervisor. Follow Residents' Rights policies and promptly report changes in resident condition. Requires MedTech experience or certification with at least one to two years in assisted living or skilled nursing. BLS/CPR certification required. Day shifts include 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
