Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care while delivering safe, effective care according to hospital policies and procedures. Collaborate with the patient care team to communicate care plans, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Contribute ideas to performance improvement initiatives and support change implementation to enhance patient quality outcomes and staff satisfaction. Mentor other nurses through preceptorship and complete all required training while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.
