Medsurg Nurse - TN Visa

Plan, coordinate, and direct quality, compassionate care by maintaining professional nursing standards and building therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Assess each assigned patient's physical, psychological, and social needs upon admission and on an ongoing basis, then evaluate and reevaluate care plans to achieve patient-centered outcomes. Supervise LPNs, PCAs, and other non-licensed staff while assigning delegated tasks based on patient needs and team capabilities. Accurately document observations and care changes, provide handoff reports, participate in unit-based huddles, and assist in performance improvement activities. Requires an approved Alabama Board of Nursing RN license, two years of acute care experience, and ability to work all shifts.
