Job Summary
Manage acute walk-in urgent cases and minor procedures including suturing, fracture care/splinting, I&Ds, EKG interpretation, and wet reading X-rays. Utilize an on-site low-complexity lab for point-of-care testing and access to full x-ray suites. Work autonomously with supportive physician mentorship across two Waldorf locations in the South Region, with 12-hour daily shifts. Full-time or part-time eligible with a signing bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine physicians, physician assistants/nurse practitioners
- Advanced Practice Providers work autonomously with supportive physician mentorship
- Manage acute walk-in urgent cases
- Minor procedures including suturing, fracture care/splinting, I&Ds, interpreting EKGs, and wet reading X-rays
- Point of care testing
- X-ray suite access
