Job Summary
Approve all medical hires, treatment menus, and protocols while reviewing SOPs and consent forms. Provide general supervision according to state law and remain available for emergency consultations and decision-making support. Mentor RNs, PAs, and NPs to build their independent practices with minimal time commitment. This role requires an active California Medical License and oversight of NP and PA providers. Candidates must have experience in aesthetic medicine, injectables, and serving as a Medical Director or collaborating physician. The position is remote and contract-based, with liability coverage and operational support for the California Professional Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Medical License
- Must have a minimum of two (2) available NP oversight slots
- Must have a minimum of one (1) available PA oversight slot
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine as collaborating physician or Medical Director
- Formal training in injectables and other aesthetic procedures
- Willingness to oversee and supervise aesthetic treatments
- Open to serving as a California Professional Corporation (PC) Owner
- Must reside or have a primary office in California
- Hold an active CA license
Desired Qualifications
- MD with a background in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology
- Experience in either Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, or Oculoplastic Surgery
