Job Summary
The MedSpa Manager will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and compliance, while leading staff training and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or MedSpa operations
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
- Availability to work Saturdays
