Job Summary
Coordinate daily practice operations by managing appointments, handling reception and telephone inquiries, and maintaining organizational overview. Perform medical tasks including blood draws, laboratory work, and assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds. Document treatments meticulously, prepare files, and support administrative and billing-related duties while ensuring patients feel well-cared for through friendly, professional interactions. Collaborate closely with colleagues and physicians to ensure reliable workflows and quality patient care. Actively contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur bzw. zum Medizinischen Fachangestellten, Arzthelfer*in, Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Altenpfleger*in, Kinderkrankenschwester bzw. -pfleger oder Notfallsanitäter*in
- Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen mindestens dem B2-Niveau
- in Deutschland anerkannte Berufsanerkennung
- gültige Arbeitserlaubnis oder einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland
- Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
- 30 Urlaubstage sowie der 24.12. und 31.12. als zusätzliche freie Tage
- Arbeitszeitkonto mit Plus- und Minusstunden
- Keine Nachtdienste
- freie Sonntage
- Grund- und Behandlungspflege in der Dialyse
- An- und Abschlüsse der Patienten nach Anschlusszeitplan
- Überwachung der Vitalfunktionen und des Behandlungsablaufes in regelmäßigen Abständen
- Sicherung der Pflegequalität
- Teamgeist sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Motivation
- Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Einfühlungsvermögen im Patientenkontakt
