Job Summary
Coordinate practice operations including patient scheduling, waiting room management, and collaboration with the medical team. Manage outpatient billing according to EBM and GOÄ standards while handling patient registration, data entry, and insurance verification. Perform diagnostic assistance such as EKGs, blood pressure monitoring, lung function tests, and wound care. Conduct laboratory procedures including blood draws, urine diagnostics, and sample preparation for external labs. Maintain accurate documentation within the T2Med practice management system and contribute to optimizing internal workflows. Full-time or part-time availability starting July 2026 in a modern digital practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Labor, Diagnostik, Anmeldung und Praxisablauf
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der ambulanten Abrechnung nach EBM und GOÄ
