Job Summary
Conduct dialysis treatments by preparing equipment, monitoring patient vital functions, and performing basic and advanced nursing care. Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process. Actively contribute to workflow improvements and quality assurance initiatives based on patient feedback. This role offers a structured onboarding path with opportunities for specialization in quality management, hygiene, or leadership. The position features a fixed-term contract with predictable hours, no night shifts, and free Sundays. DaVita provides extensive training through their education center and supports career development across various medical specialties.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische*r Fachangestellte*r, Arzthelfer*in, Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Altenpfleger*in, Kinderkrankenpfleger*in, Notfallsanitäter*in oder eine vergleichbare medizinische Qualifikation
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- in Deutschland anerkannte Berufsanerkennung
- gültige Arbeitserlaubnis oder einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland
