Job Summary
Organize and conduct medical intake examinations for refugees, coordinate outpatient care structures, and schedule appointments with external specialists. Act as the primary contact for health concerns, assisting physicians in consultations and documentation while providing empathetic, solution-oriented support. Deliver activating care and guide family members during the intake process. Requires a recognized German nursing qualification or equivalent experience, strong German skills, and proof of measles vaccination and clean criminal record. Located in Karlsruhe, this role offers a 1:3 shift ratio to ensure dedicated time for patient interaction and family education.
Required Qualifications
- eine in Deutschland anerkannte, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, medizinische Fachangestellte/-r, Altenpfleger*in oder Pflegefachkraft
- oder alternativ mindestens 6 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im medizinischen oder pflegerischen Tätigkeitsbereich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- einen Nachweis über den Masernimpfschutz gemäß Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG)
- ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis ohne Eintrag
