Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive role within Workday’s Field Sales team focused on net-new revenue in Medium Enterprise prospects. Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing opportunities in assigned territory; coordinate with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment; initiate and support sales of Workday solutions; maintain accurate forecast data. Requires 3–4+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics to C-levels from a field sales position and a proven ability to negotiate with C-Suite executives; emphasis on programmatic lead development, high-velocity sales cycles, and strong relationship-building to deliver long-term value. Flexible work approach described as at least 50% in-office or in the field with customers, and remote opportunities for certain roles.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • 4+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • 4+ years experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • 2+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • 3+ experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
