MEDITECH Analyst - Pharmacy (PHA)

Job Summary
MEDITECH Pharmacy Analyst to optimize and maintain the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module for HCA Healthcare, ensuring workflows and configurations align with clinical and operational needs. Partner with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to drive enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions that improve patient care and medication safety. The role supports large-scale enterprise initiatives, requires minimal travel with occasional travel (1-2 trips per quarter), and is fully remote.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist (RPH, PharmD) or Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- 7+ years of experience within the inpatient Pharmacy space
- Strong expertise in MEDITECH Magic and/or Expanse
- Experience building pharmacy order sets
- Mapping NDC's to Drug ID's
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate to expert ability to work in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
- Must have strong documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally
- Creates deliverables independently
- Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables
- Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
