MEDITECH Analyst - LIS

Job Summary
MEDITECH LIS Analyst sought to support a MEDITECH Expanse wave initiative with HCA Healthcare. Lead interface validation, troubleshooting, and remediation between MEDITECH Expanse, MAGIC, and LabCorp environments. Build and map MAGIC tests, validate interface connectivity for orders originating in Expanse, monitor order workflows, and coordinate root-cause remediation with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidate has MEDITECH Expanse and MAGIC exposure, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience supporting LIS or healthcare interoperability workflows.
Required Qualifications
- General MEDITECH Expanse and MAGIC exposure
- Experience supporting troubleshooting and validation workflows
- General Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) knowledge
- Ability to monitor and validate interface workflows between systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to workflow validation and issue remediation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented healthcare IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare IT / LIS experience will be considered
